https://tube.blueben.net/videos/watch/4a07452f-2cf6-40ac-9b4c-4518579c9ae1 In this video we go inside the US operation to restock its artillery shells, we will find out where the shells went in the first place? Where are the new ones being made, and where the $4.5 billion even went. We will begin with the shortage itself, since 2022 the army has sent more than 3 million 155mm rounds to Ukraine, and 3.6 million have left the inventory in four years, against factories that made 14,000 a month. Its own deadline, 100,000 a month by October of 2025 came…and it went. Then the factories. The Scranton Army Ammo Plant, a former 1908 locomotive shop that forges shell bodies at 2,000 degrees. The newer plant in Texas, which is built for 30,000 shell bodies a month. The Iowa and Camden loading plants. And the first American TNT plant in four decades that is being put up in Kentucky. Then we will follow a single shell on the way through the process, forge, loading plant, an earth-covered magazine in Oklahoma, the wharf at Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point, and finishing at an ammunition supply point aptly named by the Army…Retail. Then the July 2026 inspector general's report: 36,000 shells a month, and the nearly $470 million Texas plant had produced zero usable parts in two years. Who's in charge of all this? Well, two of the three organizations changed shape this year, and we cover that too If you enjoyed this video please check out our channel for more similar videos Join this 'Paper Pilot Club' to get access to perks: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCzgWZmqmKpmsr4oPWITusKA/join SUBSCRIBE: https://www.bit.ly/beyondFactsSUB #ammo #ukraine #beyondfacts Credits: https://docs.google.com/document/d/13MNlBihT2fKzb1-X4himflS5tTliQIaBGt6p1VOzqXU/preview Sat, 31 Oct 2026 15:47:56 GMT https://validator.w3.org/feed/docs/rss2.html PeerTube - https://tube.blueben.net https://tube.blueben.net/client/assets/images/icons/icon-96x96.png https://tube.blueben.net/videos/watch/4a07452f-2cf6-40ac-9b4c-4518579c9ae1 All rights reserved, unless otherwise specified in the terms specified at https://tube.blueben.net/about and potential licenses granted by each content's rightholder.
