<description>Two of Switzerland’s most beautiful villages, connected by one scenic train ride. In this 4K walking tour we explore Grindelwald, ride the train down the valley, and finish in Lauterbrunnen, the village of 72 waterfalls. We start in Grindelwald, with its wooden chalets, flower-filled balconies and the massive Eiger north face towering over the rooftops. Then we take the train toward Lauterbrunnen, and I filmed the whole ride so you can enjoy the meadows, the cliffs, the river and a few waterfalls along the way. In Lauterbrunnen, the valley closes in around you with sheer rock walls and waterfalls dropping from every side. The most famous is Staubbach Falls, falling almost 300 metres right above the village. Goethe was so impressed by it in 1779 that he wrote a poem about it. 📍 Grindelwald → Lauterbrunnen, Bernese Oberland, Switzerland 📅Filmed June 5-7 🌤Weather: 22°C / 72°F 📺 Watch it on the biggest screen you have. The mountains and waterfalls look incredible on a TV or monitor. ❗ Turn on the subtitles (CC) in your language. They tell you the story of the places we walk through. Which would you rather visit: Grindelwald or Lauterbrunnen?
